1) Availability
- Internet companies that advertise "in stock" in
many cases do not. It could be "in stock" in Japan. Many
do not have direct factory relations & are not authorized dealers
for those brands. They scramble to get the products as they are
ordered. We are authorized dealers for all of our brands.
2) Shipping - Are there any
shipping charges? And exactly where is it delivered - inside the house
or outside in your driveway? Thats obviously never an issue
with us!
3) Product Installation & Set Up - Nothing is
included for this service. Getting the right cabling as well as proper
set up is required in order to get the right performance. Westchester
A/V stocks the right HDMI cables & will calibrate your new HDTV
with special equipment to achieve the perfect picture.
4)Service Calls - Generally not
