Planning Done Right - Wiring for the Future

This month's project allows us to showcase the residence of one of Westchester's premier builders.

He purchased land to build two houses: one for his own family, and the other to be sold on the market. Being a little familiar with today's technologies and their capabilities, he wanted to be able to enjoy quality home entertainment in his new house now, and be able to add on as his future needs dictate. He also wanted to offer the same capabilities to the future new homeowner.

The problem? With today's current economic conditions, adding more expense to the new home cost might not be the wisest decision.

The solution? By pre wiring the house to be sold with a combination of many different cables for a host of applications, the value of the home increased tremendously. The house now has capabilities for Whole House Audio, Home Theater, a wireless computer network, Lighting Control, Temperature Control, & even a video surveillance system!

Now the builder has a property that will far exceed any potential buyer's expectations!
