1) Availability - Internet companies that advertise "in stock" in many cases do not. Most do not have direct factory relations & are not authorized dealers for those brands. They scramble to get the products as they are ordered’ with no guarantees. We are authorized dealers for all of our brands.

2) Shipping - Are there any shipping charges? And exactly where is it delivered - inside the house or outside in your driveway? Thats obviously never an issue with us!

3) Product Installation & Set Up - Nothing is included for this service. Getting the right cabling as well as proper set up is required in order to get the right performance. 4)Service Calls - Generally not an option at all. you are basically on your own. Westchester A/V services our products & our clients.

5) Warranty Repairs - What exact procedures do you have to go through? What additional costs are there if something is wrong with the product? Can you imagine what could be involved in having to ship a 50" TV somewhere? Westchester A/V Design includes FREE in home service for the entire length of the manufacturers warranty & supervises the repair process to ensure the quickest turnaround.
