Spectacular Spinach Dip

Ingredients

2 packages Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 Packages Lipton Vegetable Soup Mix
2 10 oz. frozen Bird’s Eye chopped spinach
32 oz. sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon cumin

Preparation

Place frozen spinach in a microwave safe dish & microwave as per instructions do that the spinach has defrosted completely, but not cooked. Squeeze out all of the liquid from the spinach. Combine spinach with all other ingredients & chill for 1 hour. Serve with mixed vegetable crudite & toasted mini pita pocket breads.
