INDUSTRY LEADING 5-YEAR WARRANTY


Thank you for choosing Westchester AV. We wish to ensure that your system will continue to perform at its best. After all, it is clients like you that have built our business since 1996. We hope that you get many

years of trouble-free pleasure from your purchase. This in-home service policy is offered exclusively to the original purchaser of a Westchester AV system and is non-transferable.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS GUARANTEE?


If a component of a Westchester AV system should fail during normal, domestic use due to a fault in materials and/or workmanship, Westchester AV will at its discretion adjust, repair, or replace the defective unit(s) free of charge for a period of 5 years from the date of Substantial Completion. Substantial Completion is
defined as the point in time when your final equipment has been delivered and installed; system tuning and client training are all that remain. Next Day Service is included for the first year. Westchester AV will provide a loaner product whenever possible for use if a component needs repair during the warranty period. This is limited to basic components (receivers, DVD players, speakers) and does not include Plasma or LCD TV, Front & Rear Projection TV systems, remote controls with custom programming, or Whole House products.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU BELIEVE YOU NEED IN-HOME SERVICE:


If you believe your system requires service, contact Westchester AV at 914 921-0099. We will schedule a technician to visit your home and take care of the service required.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER 5 YEARS?


If our Performance Guarantee no longer covers the equipment, Westchester A/V will remove, submit for repair, and reinstall this equipment for you at our standard service rate. At that time, we will provide you with a verbal repair estimate for the equipment.
