Accessibility.

We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification.

What we aim for

We build this site to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a working target. In practice that means semantic headings and landmarks, text alternatives for meaningful images, colour contrast that holds up in both light and dark settings, visible focus indicators, and pages that work with a keyboard alone.

We have not commissioned a formal third-party accessibility audit, so we are describing what we build toward rather than certifying a conformance level we have not had tested. If that changes, this page will say so and name who assessed it.

Known limitations

Some content on this site comes from third parties, embedded video, mapping and similar , and we do not control the accessibility of those components. Where we are aware of a barrier we will say so here and work with the supplier or replace the component.

Telling us about a problem

If you run into something on this site you cannot use, please tell us. A short description of the page and what went wrong is enough, and it genuinely helps, most accessibility problems are found by the people who hit them, not by the people who built the page.

Email getwav@westchesterav.com or call (914) 921-0099. We aim to respond within five business days.

Getting the information another way

If something on this site is not accessible to you, we will supply the same information by phone, by email or in person at our showroom at 5 N Greenwich Rd, Armonk, NY 10504. You should never have to fight the website to get an answer from us.

Start a project

Tell us about the space. We'll come out and give you a straightforward plan.

The consultation is complimentary and it starts with a walkthrough or a set of drawings. You will leave it knowing what is realistic in your house, what it costs, and what can wait until phase two.

We answer within one business day. No mailing list, no drip campaign.
