Where we work
Smart home integration across Fairfield County.
We have been crossing the state line for this work since 1996. From Armonk, most of Fairfield County is closer than half of our own county.

Our showroom is on North Greenwich Road in Armonk, a few minutes from the state line. Greenwich is a short drive. Stamford, Darien and New Canaan are not much further. That proximity is the practical reason we work here. It is why a service call happens this week rather than being scheduled around a long trip, and why we can stop in on the way back to look at the one thing that has been irritating you for a month.
The houses ask different questions than they do a few miles west. A lot of the older stock near the water was built with plaster, lath and masonry that wireless signal simply does not travel through, so Wi-Fi and networking is usually the first thing we sort out rather than the last. A bigger router almost never fixes it. More coverage points, each doing less work and fed by wire, almost always does.
Properties closer to the shore have their own maintenance reality. Salt air is hard on anything mounted outside, so outdoor audio and video here means hardware chosen to live outdoors permanently and mounted so it can actually be serviced later. The difference between getting that right and getting it wrong shows up in year three, not year one.
Where a property has more than one building: a pool house, a garage with a room above it, a cottage: the useful goal is that it all behaves as one house on one network, rather than as several places each with their own password. That usually means running fibre between buildings while the ground is open, and deciding early what should keep working when the internet does not.
Rooms with a lot of glass are the ones we enjoy most, because they are genuinely hard. There is often nowhere sensible to put a speaker, which is where in-ceiling and invisible options earn their keep, and there is far more sun than a room wants by mid-afternoon, which is what motorized shading is actually for. Pair that with lighting control and the room stops needing to be managed by hand at four o'clock every day.
Beyond that it is the same work we do anywhere: a media room that switches on without a lesson, music through the house that plays in the rooms people are actually in, and someone who answers the phone afterwards. We are licensed and insured in Connecticut, and we would rather do one floor properly than the whole house badly.

From Greenwich & Fairfield County
“Wonderful company to work with – knowledgeable, professional staff. Bob spent a great deal of time going through all of the available choices for my husband & myself. The whole system is controlled with a remote that even I can use with ease.”
“Very professional in recommending equipment to be installed at a great price point standing behind all work done if a problem they respond and show up immediately and repair or explain how systems work.”
Common questions
Questions we get from Greenwich & Fairfield County homeowners.
- Do you actually cover Connecticut, or is that just on the website?
- We have worked across Fairfield County since 1996 and we are licensed and insured in Connecticut. The showroom in Armonk is a short drive from Greenwich, closer than a good part of Westchester, so crossing the line is routine rather than an exception.
- How quickly can you get someone out for a service call?
- Being this close is the whole point. Fairfield County is a normal part of our service area rather than a long trip, so calls here are scheduled the same way they are at home. If you are on one of our service plans, you get next-business-day on-site response.
- Our house is old and we do not want walls opened up. Is that possible?
- Usually, yes. Most of what we do in older houses is worked out on site, existing routes, closets, basements and attics, before anything gets cut. There are times when a small patch is genuinely the sensible answer, and we tell you that before we start rather than after.
- Do we have to do the entire house at once?
- No, and we would generally rather you did not. Doing one floor, one room or just the network first is a legitimate plan. Systems we install are meant to be added to later, so starting small does not mean starting again.
- Is it worth coming to the showroom in Armonk?
- If you are deciding between options, yes. Sitting in a room and hearing the difference settles questions that photographs and spec sheets cannot. It is at 5 N Greenwich Rd in Armonk, and it is a short drive from most of the county.
