Off your critical path, and swept up before we leave.

One number to call, a rough-in schedule that matches yours, and a crew that turns up on the day it said it would.

How we fit into a build.

Our part of a build is short and it is early. We walk the framed house with you and the electrician, mark where wire has to go before anyone hangs drywall, and pull it. Done properly that is a few days, not a phase, and it does not come back to bite the schedule later.

We pull more than the first phase needs, because wire is cheap while the walls are open and expensive afterwards. The feed to the garage, the extra ceiling pair, the run to the patio. What is not used yet gets capped and labelled, so the owner adding a room in two years is an afternoon of work rather than a renovation of your finished house.

The crew is ours. Not a rotating set of subcontractors who have never met your site rules. They arrive when they said, they clean up, and if something is not ready for them they tell you rather than working around it and creating a problem for somebody else.

At the end we calibrate, program and sit down with the family until everyone can use the house. That handover is ours, which means the call three weeks after closing about the television in the guest room comes to us and not to you.

What you get

A rough-in that matches your schedule

We work to your dates. If prewire cannot happen when it was planned, you hear it from us early rather than discovering it on site.

One number

Design, prewire, installation, programming, calibration and the handover all sit with the same company and the same crew.

The owner's later calls, not yours

We do the family tutorial and we answer afterwards, and the number you call is the one you called at the start.

The other two

Introduce your firm

Start a project

Tell us about the space. We'll come out and give you a straightforward plan.

The consultation is complimentary and it starts with a walkthrough or a set of drawings. You will leave it knowing what is realistic in your house, what it costs, and what can wait until phase two.

We answer within one business day. No mailing list, no drip campaign.
