Service plans
The install is the beginning, not the end.
A house full of connected equipment does not sit still. Manufacturers push updates, internet providers swap equipment, and things that worked in March behave differently in October. A service plan is how we stay ahead of all that, so the house works the same way in year six as it did the week we handed it over.
How much looking after a house needs depends on how hard it is used.
A house with a media room, shades on three floors and everybody working from home asks more of its system than a house with music in the kitchen. The plans are graded for that, and moving between them is a conversation rather than a contract.
None of it is a condition of working with us. Plenty of clients carry no plan at all and call when they need us.
What a plan actually buys
We notice first
The network and the control systems are watched around the clock. Most faults are cleared overnight, and the usual experience of a plan is that nothing happens and nobody rings.
You go to the front
Plan clients get answered first, remotely where that solves it and on site where it does not, by people who already know your house rather than whoever is free.
Someone comes out
Scheduled visits from Residence upward, with labour covered on the things a plan covers, so a service call is not a conversation about money before it is a conversation about the fault.
It gets looked at yearly
Firmware, backups, calibration and what has changed in the house, reviewed once a year, with anything worth doing written down rather than sold on the doorstep.

What is always included
Every piece of equipment we install carries its manufacturer's warranty, and we handle those claims for you rather than handing you a phone number. Our own crew did the work, so the people who come back are the people who were here.
Plans exist for everything a warranty does not cover: a streaming service that changes its login rules, a carrier that swaps your modem, a firmware release that quietly moves a setting. Those are the calls we would rather answer before you make them.
Plans are billed monthly, can be changed as the house changes, and are never a condition of working with us.
“We have been using them for many years. They are always polite, timely, creative and reasonable. Most importantly, they provide quality service. Highly recommended.”
Start a project
Tell us about the space. We'll come out and give you a straightforward plan.
The consultation is complimentary and it starts with a walkthrough or a set of drawings. You will leave it knowing what is realistic in your house, what it costs, and what can wait until phase two.
