Who you will hear from

Bob Krasne

Director of Sales, here since 1996

Bob founded the company in 1996 and is usually the first voice you hear. If he is out in a house when you ring, he calls back.

What happens next

We call or write back within one business day. A real person, not an autoresponder.
We come and look at the space. Usually within the week, and there is no charge for it.
You get a straightforward plan. What is realistic in your house, roughly what it costs, and what can wait until phase two, including the parts we think you should not spend money on.

Plenty of these conversations end with a small piece of advice and no project at all. The whole process, step by step.
