Who this is
This website is operated by Westchester AV, 5 N Greenwich Rd, Armonk, NY 10504. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, they mean that company.
Using the site
You are welcome to browse, read and share this site. Please do not attempt to interfere with it, gain access to parts of it that are not public, scrape it at a volume that affects its operation, or use it to send anything unlawful.
What is on the site is not a quote
Descriptions of services, equipment and approach are here to explain what we do. They are not an offer, a specification or a price. Products change, manufacturers change their ranges, and every house is different. Nothing on this site commits either of us to anything until it is written into a proposal we have both signed.
Where a figure appears: a service plan price, a coverage period, a timescale. It is indicative and current at the time of writing.
What you send us
The contact, trade and newsletter forms ask for your details so that we can reply. How we handle that information is set out in our privacy policy. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through a web form.
If you send us a suggestion or idea unprompted, we cannot treat it as confidential, and we may already be working on something similar.
Our content, and other people's
The writing, photography, design and code on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not republish them commercially without asking.
Manufacturer names and logos shown on this site are the property of those manufacturers. They appear to identify equipment we are trained on and supply, and their appearance does not imply those companies endorse this website.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a manufacturer or another organisation, we do not control what is on the other end and are not responsible for it.
Limits
We take care over what is published here, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every detail is current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on this website alone.
