How we work on a design-build

Buyers increasingly expect technology to be there already, which makes it a specification question rather than an aftermarket one. The straightforward way to handle that is to get infrastructure and wiring decided at the start of a project.
The reason is purely economic. Wire laid before the walls close is a line on a drawing. The same wire afterwards is demolition, patching, repainting and a schedule slip, paid for by somebody, usually the client.
On our side that means proper documentation, design and engineering ahead of the install, and project management that keeps builders, interior designers and clients on the same information. Most of what goes wrong on jobs this size is a communication failure rather than a technical one.
We also work to the room rather than to the riser diagram. A system that performs but visibly disrupts a scheme has failed at something the client will notice every day, so placement gets considered against the design intent throughout.
Everything we install is meant to be added to later, scalable by design. Homeowners hesitant about committing to technology in a new build are usually worried about being locked into today's version of it, and they should not be.

Tell us about the space. We'll come out and give you a straightforward plan.
The consultation is complimentary and it starts with a walkthrough or a set of drawings. You will leave it knowing what is realistic in your house, what it costs, and what can wait until phase two.
