Croton sits where the river bends, with Harmon's 1920s houses by the station, the village on the hill, and larger properties toward the reservoir and Mount Airy with views in two directions.
Croton houses tend to be lived in hard and loved, and the asks are practical: Wi-Fi that reaches the whole house and the studio in the garden, music in the kitchen and on the deck, and lighting that gets the house ready for the evening without a tour of the switches.
