A working town, and houses that work.
Mount Kisco is fifteen minutes from the showroom and we are in and out of it most weeks, between the village itself and the larger properties on its edges toward Bedford and Chappaqua.
The village has a real mix: Victorians and four-squares on the streets off Main, mid-century splits and ranches on the hills, condominiums near the station, and on the outskirts the kind of acreage that shares a zip code with Bedford. We do not have one answer for all of it. A split-level with a finished lower level wants a media room done properly and Wi-Fi that reaches the far end. A larger property wants outdoor sound and landscape lighting that survive a winter.
Mount Kisco houses are often bought as the first real house, and the question we hear most is where to start. The answer is nearly always the same: the network, then one room, then see how you live with it. Lighting control in the kitchen and family room is the change people notice every day, and it needs no renovation.
We also see a lot of inherited systems here, where a previous owner put something in and the manual left with them. We can usually make it work, and we will tell you plainly whether it is worth keeping.
Being close matters most after the installation. A keypad that stops responding is a stop on the way back to Armonk, not a service ticket in a queue.

The showroom is at 5 N Greenwich Rd in Armonk, with CinemaTech seating on the floor. Ten minutes in the chairs, handling the finishes, settles more than a swatch card will, and it costs nothing.
Common questions
Questions we get from Mount Kisco homeowners.
- Do you work on smaller projects in Mount Kisco?
- Yes, and most of our work here started that way. Music in the kitchen, lighting in two rooms, Wi-Fi that reaches upstairs. A project does not have to be a whole house to be worth doing properly.
- We have a system from a previous owner. Can you take it over?
- Usually. We look at what is there, tell you what still has life in it and what does not, and give you a plain plan. Sometimes the right answer is to keep most of it.
- How far is the showroom?
- Fifteen minutes, in Armonk on North Greenwich Road. Come and sit in the seating and listen to a system before deciding anything.
