Fairfield runs from Southport's harbour and the beach neighbourhoods up to Greenfield Hill's colonials and acreage. It is the eastern end of where we work, about forty-five minutes from the showroom, and we are honest about that.
Southport and the beach are glass, salt air and houses that have been rebuilt around the view. Shades on a sun schedule and outdoor equipment specified for salt, brass and marine-grade, are the two things nobody regrets.
Greenfield Hill is colonials and antique houses on acreage, and the work there is restraint in the old houses and a network that reaches the whole property in the newer ones, with a power plan for the outages.
Across the town, the family list: a media room, music in the kitchen and outside, lighting that handles the evening on one button.
Because Fairfield is a drive, we recommend a service plan more strongly here than anywhere. Most faults are cleared from Armonk without a visit, and when a visit is needed it is our own crew.

- Before the walls close. Wire into open framing costs a fraction of what it does afterwards, and it is the only chance to get speakers, shade pockets and the network where they belong.
