Big houses, ten minutes from the people who look after them.
Purchase is ten minutes from the showroom and the houses are large: estates off Purchase Street and Anderson Hill, newer houses on former estate land, and everything that goes with four or five acres.
A house of this size is really several systems that have to behave as one. Lighting across forty rooms, music inside and out, shades on a wall of glass, climate, a theater, the pool house. We build all of it on Savant so there is one app and one remote, and so that when something misbehaves we can see it from Armonk.
The network is where houses this size go wrong. Thirty access points placed by guesswork will give you thirty problems. We measure, we run cable to everything that stays still, and the Wi-Fi is for the things that move.
Purchase also loses power, and a house with a wine room, a well pump and a freezer full of food cannot wait a day for the utility. Savant Power with the generator on the same plan keeps the house running without anyone noticing it switched.
Most of our Purchase clients came to us through an architect or builder, usually mid-project, and the thing they say afterwards is that it was simpler than they had been led to expect. That is the whole idea.

We will come out and look. If you want a sense of budget before that, the calculator gives a planning range from what you are considering.
An easier first step
Come and sit in the seating before you decide anything.
The showroom is at 5 N Greenwich Rd in Armonk, with CinemaTech seating on the floor. Ten minutes in the chairs, handling the finishes, settles more than a swatch card will, and it costs nothing.
Common questions
Questions we get from Purchase homeowners.
- We are building. When should the technology people be involved?
- Before the electrical plan is final. Shade pockets, speaker locations, the equipment room and the conduit for the pool house all have to be on the drawings. We work with your architect and builder and would rather be at the table than called in after the drywall.
- Can one system run a house this size?
- Yes. Savant is built for it, with lighting, shades, climate, audio, video and power on one platform, and it runs locally so it keeps working when the internet does not. The design work is in making it feel simple from the family's side.
- What happens when something stops working?
- On a service plan we usually see it first and clear it remotely. If it needs hands, we are ten minutes away, and the people who come are the people who installed it.

The consultation is complimentary and it starts with a walkthrough or a set of drawings. You will leave it knowing what is realistic in your house, what it costs, and what can wait until phase two.
