Wilton is two-acre zoning, colonials and antique houses on wooded lots along the Norwalk River and the ridges above it. About thirty minutes from the showroom, and we say so.
A Wilton property's first problem is distance: a long house set back from the road, a barn or studio, a pool, and a router at one end. Wired access points placed to measurements and a buried run to the outbuildings, and the rest of the system has something to stand on.
